Zerg Vs Protoss - Winning Against Sentries
When playing a Zerg vs Protoss game the sentries can spell disaster for us and our zergling army. Sentries are being used more and more online right now because of their ability to create walls around our zerglings and kill them without taking any damage. This guide will instruct you on how to deal with a Protoss player who is using mass sentries.
First off as soon as you realize that your opponent is going sentries you should stop making zerglings and fast tech to a lair and get hydralisks as your main attack unit. The reason we skip over roaches is because they are an armored unit and stalkers do extra damage to armored so they kill roaches pretty quickly but you need a ranged attack so you can hit the sentries even while behind the force fields they create. Also stay away from making mutalisks, as the sentries will take them out quickly as will the stalkers.
When you get some hydralisks attack the sentries, the trick is not getting your army in a small area that can be walled off. A good Protoss player will switch to colossus when they see your hydralisks so be sure you can pump out a few infestors if you need to, as they are the perfect counter for colossus. I would not recommend trying to attack the main Protoss base as they will wall it off and pick off your hydralisks. Instead just make sure you expand and keep them from expanding, this way you can starve them out.

Zerg Versus Zerg Basic Strategy
The first attack you should watch out for is the speedling/baneling attack. You need to scout often to make sure our opponent isn't building banelings. If you are not ready for this attack it can cripple your drones and effectively end the game very quickly. I would recommend also getting a few banelings and speedlings to counter this but I would not recommend getting a ton of banelings, just enough to take out his. To counter mutalisks get hydralisks and you shouldn't have any trouble taking him out.
Of course the main attack choice of a Zerg player is to go roaches/hydralisks so most of the games you play vs Zerg will go this way. In a Zerg vs Zerg game I would always grab a few banelings as they are the one unit that can get you the edge in a large battle.
So you can see that going for mutalisks in this type of game is often a death wish for a Zerg player.
Zerg Guide - Mastering the Zerg Economy
The Zerg economy is pretty different then the Terran and Protoss economies and a good Zerg player will use this to his advantage. Terran and Protoss are generally a little stronger at teching up then we are so we have to find another way to get the advantage. This guide will show you the basics of mastering the Zerg economy.
The hatchery only costs 300 minerals where with Protoss and Terran it costs 400 minerals to expand. I recommend expanding very early on in the game when you are just starting to build a few zerglings. You should have some extra minerals at this point and you can either use them to upgrade to a lair or expand. Again the key to winning as a Zerg player is out producing our enemy, which means we must expand fast and often while at the same time keeping our opponent from expanding. If you can master this part of the Zerg game then the rest is easy.

So you want to learn the correct Terran counter units? In this guide I will show you the basics of countering as a Terran player when playing against Zerg and Protoss. This a general guide and is meant as an overview of the Terran counter units.
First we will talk about playing against a Zerg player. The correct Terran counter unit for this attack is the hellion as it will do very good damage to groups of ground units like the zergling. Another attack the Zerg likes to use is the roach and hydro combo. The best Terran counter unit for this is the tank and thor combo as they will simply destroy the Zerg attack. A good Terran unit counter for this is again the tank and thor combo, just make sure you have a few marines in front to protect the tanks. The Protoss player may try using colossus or immortals. If you learn these Terran counter units you should have no trouble beating even a diamond ladder Protoss or Zerg player!
Protoss Basic Build Order
Playing as Protoss is a lot of fun but it can be very frustrating if you don't know the correct starting build order. This guide will show you how to start the game off with the perfect build order for Protoss.
You start with 6 probes so get them to work mining the minerals right away. Build probes until the 9th one pops out. Continue making probes until you hit 12 and then start a gateway. You should have about 16 probes when the gateway finishes so start making a zealot and build another pylon.
When I play against Zerg I would make build a few sentries so I can block the zerglings from running into my base and killing the probes. Build a colossus if he is massing smaller units, build an immortal if he is using bigger units such as thors and tanks or hydralisks and roaches.
